I’m Tyshara, my friends call me Tee. I am a holistic, black mother who has lived, worked with, and traveled among some of the most amazing health practitioners who have learned from world wide healers.  I started my holistic health journey after a health scare in high school that stemmed from chronic migraines led me through about at least half a dozen medicines, various specialists, and still no answers.  I come from a family that consists of just about every health condition one can imagine. So I'm well aware- also excessively prone to health issues. This was something I became hyper aware of during this time.  After feeling worse than before - I decided to look into natural remedies, holistic ways of life, and what certain foods led to the symptoms I had been experiencing- and then  I decided to stop all of my medications cold turkey. I stopped drinking sodas, eating red dyes, and cut back immensely on gluten and dairy. And to my surprise I saw significant and quite mind boggling change!  

 

My journey has transformed throughout the years with me forever changing diet, moving across the country, working for a national medical association, working up-close and personal with the health battles of my loved ones, and especially after having a child.  What has been a constant though has been my love and appreciation for herbs in particular.

 

Herbal tea and remedies have helped heal me and those around me- and has been a staple of holistic health since the beginning of time especially in the black diaspora.  I love community, and I pray for our collective health. So this is my contribution to it. I pray that I am able to serve you through any of my provided services. Whether you are just starting your journey, have some knowledge on holistic health, or are simply looking for some new blends and tonics.  Let’s heal together by blending our organic and communal nature - the way our mighty ancestors intended.
