Yoni God-Is Herbs

1/2 an ounce is perfect for one use.

1. Boil Water & Herbs:

Bring about 2 quarts of water to a boil, then add 1/2 to 1 cup of dried herbs (or 2 cups fresh) to a pot or bowl.

2. Steep:

Let the herbs steep for a few minutes, then pour the mixture into your steaming vessel (like a toilet bowl with a special seat, or a large bowl on the floor).

3. Check Temperature:

Wait until the water cools slightly so the steam isn't scalding. The steam should be warm and gentle, not burning.

4. Position Yourself:

Undress from the waist down. Sit or squat comfortably over the steam.

5. Tent the Steam:

Drape a large blanket or towel around your waist and legs to create a tent, trapping the steam.

6. Relax & Steam:

Stay over the steam for 20-40 minutes. Relax, breathe deeply, and avoid distractions like your phone.

7. Hydrate:

Drink water during and after your steam session.
